Vicky Jones and Marc McKiernan have been running Haltwhistle Film Project (HFP) for 21 years, making films and animations. We work across many sectors, Arts, Heritage, Education, Health, Police, Learning disability, Charities, and with other artists.

Within HFP, we run FilmAble, also a film production company run by and for people with learning disabilities and autism.

We encourage active hands-on participation in all aspects of the process of filmmaking, from initial ideas, drawing, planning,  to pre- and post-production.

HFP believes that in filmmaking there is a job for everyone. We promote inclusivity and a co operative work ethic through filmmaking and animation.
